New Zealand product awarded runner-up in the WORLD

New Zealand product awarded runner-up in the WORLD

at the International Travel Goods Show in Vegas

AUCKLAND, NZ: The Travel Mat by thermalay came runner up in the most innovative products Award Ceremony at the International Travel Goods Show in Feb 2018.

The Awards committee spent 3.5 hours testing all the new products for 2018. We knew our product was great, but to have the recognition from travel experts told us our product is commercially viable. We were swamped at the Travel Goods Show with companies wanting to add it to their line.

Enter stage 2: Kickstarter campaign - this campaign will help us move the Travel Mat by thermalay globally within 2 months.

• launch is May 22 USA & May 23 NZ/AUS

• All or nothing campaign (fund goal not reached no one is charged)

• crowdfunding is about backing the underdog and helping small ideas turn into reality

My son (8years old) and I, first came up with the idea of comfier seats on a flight from Christchurch to Marquette Michigan to see his Mum. A flight, or something similar, we have been doing since I have had him from 9 months old. The cut up mattress has turned into a compact rolled up mattress with a memory foam neck pillow attached.

Our website www.thermalay.co.nz has more details on how to be a part of our Kickstarter campaign. We are not sure when we can afford to warehouse in NZ, AUS or the US, so Kickstarter is the only way we can fulfil this dream.
