Berg Insight Recognises Teletrac Navman

Berg Insight Recognises Teletrac Navman as Largest Fleet Management Provider in ANZ

Auckland, New Zealand, 13 December, 2018 – Berg Insight has released its Fleet Management in Australia and New Zealand 2018 report, which has named Teletrac Navman as the largest telematics provider in the region and the only vendor with more than 100,000 active units. This makes the company more than twice as large as its nearest competitors.

The report shows that the ANZ fleet management market is on the rise and is expected to grow significantly to nearly 1.7 million units by 2022. This uptake can be attributed to increased diversity of drivers entering the workforce and developments in health and safety regulations, such as Chain of Responsibility and road user charges.

Berg ranks Teletrac Navman as leading the industry’s growth, having passed 135,000 vehicles and assets earlier this year, making it the largest provider of fleet management solutions across ANZ. Customers in the region include Dominos Pizza Enterprises, H.W. Richardson Group, Fulton Hogan Australia, Preston Hire, the New Zealand Racing Board, and Life without Barriers.

“Fleet management technologies are helping the industry deliver insights that were previously unheard of. We’re thrilled to be able to provide so many Australian and New Zealand businesses, of any size, with the tools needed to turn their data into actionable insights,” said Ian Daniel, Vice President & Managing Director Asia Pacific, Teletrac Navman.

“Their vehicles, drivers and equipment produce data everyday that help them remain compliant, expand their workplace health and safety procedures, cut down on costs and significantly improve efficiencies, and we want to make it as easy as possible for them to harness that potential,” said Mr Daniel.
