At Work Opens Shop Fronts

New workplace insurer At Work Insurance today officially began opening its Customer Centres around the country.

The SOE will have four regional Customer Centres based in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch. Chief Executive Sam Knowles will officially open each Customer Centre together with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders beginning at 12.30pm Monday 19 July in Wellington and finishing Tuesday 5.30pm 20 July in Hamilton.

Sam Knowles said its new Customer Centres would be just one of the visible ways the new insurer would make its presence felt.

"Apart from providing a regional customer centre to co-ordinate customer claims, we also have an extensive network of providers in place around the country and will be working with employers to visibly improve safety in the workplace.

"From Keri Keri to Invercargill, At Work providers will be available to give advice and service in a wide range of areas - from workplace safety advice to specialist medicalcare and rehabilitation.

Sam Knowles said At Work would provide its customers with the highest quality claims management practises - modelled on international best practice.

"We are determined to make our claims management process straightforward and hassle free, and we have already provided tens of thousands of our customers with advice on how to do this.

"But our most important work is in injury management, and working with customers to make workplaces safer. With this in mind, our injury management programmes have workplace-based early intervention as their focus.

Sam Knowles said his personal priority for the company was to put things right and to work to make things better.
