A Who's Who At E-Force

Mark Fulton, Managing Director

Mark has a background in Finance and Marketing and recently completed a diploma in Internet Technology. Mark has worked in London doing mergers and acquisitions for a US investment bank, and more recently was US Financial Controller for a multi-national New Zealand company. He has owned his own consulting business implementing accounting systems into businesses. His qualifications are BSBA (Finance and Marketing) University of Denver, Colorado, MBA (Finance) University of Denver, Colorado, Diploma in Internet Technology National College of Design and Technology, Christchurch.

Paul Fairbarn, Creative Director

Paul has been involved in the visual communications and marketing industry for over 12 years. Paul is the founder and owner of Imagic, which has grown to be one of Christchurch’s largest, leading web design and multimedia companies. Established in 1994, Imagic specialises in creating interactive content for CD-ROM, DVD and the Internet, and has an impressive list of national and international clients. Paul and his company have won several local and international awards for their creative and marketing expertise. Recently being instrumental in helping one of their clients ‘Merino New Zealand’ to be recognised by their peers as:

 Supreme Marketer of the year – 1999 NZ Marketing Awards
 Marketer of the year – 1999 NZ Marketing Awards
 Business to Business - 1999 NZ Marketing Awards
 Cooperating to compete – 1998 Tradenz export awards

Paul is passionate about the Internet and the opportunities it brings. He is also excited at the potential of the Eforce Portal.

Michael Densem, Software Development Manager

Michael has been programming since 1984, and in 1996 moved his focus to the Internet. In the early 90’s he developed and taught in the EMS computer studios at the University of Canterbury. Michael has also taught web programming to the students in the IT department of the National College of Design and Technology. Michael started, and owns, Creative Digital Design – a successful e-commerce and web design business.

Michael has a Mus.B, University of Canterbury.

Joe Kerans, Online Marketing Manager/Customer Liaison

Joe’s areas of expertise are internet marketing and creating successful, customer focused e-commerce solutions. Joe is in demand as a presenter of internet seminars for businesses throughout the country, and currently presents as part of the Ministry of Commerce’s BIZ programme. Joe has been partnering Mike Densem in running Creative Digital Design, a successful Christchurch based web design and internet solutions business for the past 3 years. He is also a graduate of the University of Canterbury – Mus.B (hons).

Mathew Absalom-Wong, Web Designer

Mathew joins the Eforce team from his recent position at Clearview, New Zealand’s largest web design company. He has played a key role in designing some of New Zealand’s highest profile corporate web sites including State Insurance, Ministry of Education and NZ Sports Foundation to name a few. Mathew has been in the design industry for the past six years and brings a wealth of experience to the company. Mathew has a Diploma in Multimedia, National College of Design and Technology, and a BA (Art Theory), Canterbury University.
