Willy Wonka Style Search For First Five Golden Tickets

The National Search for Five Winning Wheel Winners Begins Saturday Night.

From this Saturday, 14 August, a new feature of Saturday's televised Lotto draw on TV2 at 8pm will be Lotto's Winning Wheel.

The first winning serial numbers will be randomly drawn on this Saturday. Then the first person to spin Lotto's Winning Wheel will be brought to Wellington to appear live on TV2 at 8pm on 21 August.

By 8pm on Saturday night, NZLC will know the stores where the winning tickets were purchased. An e-mail will immediately be sent to meet Sunday 15 August content deadlines.

From Sunday 15 August NZLC will make contact with local media to advise progress on the search for the five winners.

What: The names and locations of the five stores that sold the first five Winning Wheel winning tickets.

When: 8pm, Saturday 14 August 2004.

How: Via e-mail and the televised live Lotto draw at 8pm on TV2.
