The Boxcar Guitars have been writing and refreshing their set and preparing to record their debut single "My Love Is Blue" with Ed Cake and Jonathan Bree (Brunettes) (Thanks NZONAIR)

The Lahars, they are describe by fellow Wellingtonians as "Crazy mofos swinging lo fi rock n roll into country and pop"

The band includes Andrew Carey and Sean ObRien and are linked to past and current acts The Livids, Sentimental Plastic and the Ryegrass Staggers

The Lahars debut CD "Crazy Songs from The Crater Lake" will out soon
