On Saturday 26th August 2006, at the beautiful Founders Theatre, Hamilton, New Zealand, a total sell-out audience witnessed an awesome night of the very best of New Zealands Country Music professionals.

Winners of the Awards were;

3/NCMA Biggest Selling Album - HIGHWAY OF LEGENDS

4/NCMA Legends Award(2) - PATSY RIGGIR

5/NCMA 2006 Artist of the Year - HAMILTON COUNTY BLUEGRASS BAND

The sales of NZ CM Artists continues to grow in the concert area. A major growth is expected in 2007.

The major company promoting Country Music, Pacific Entertainment Ltd.,expects many new young stars to emerge in 2007.
