Midland Park Christmas tree lights up tonight

Wellington City Council yesterday installed an 8m tall Christmas tree in Midland Park and will turn on the lights at 7.30pm tonight (Friday 16 November).

The lights will come on at 7.30pm every day during the Christmas-New Year period.

Christmas street lights have now been installed throughout the city, with the exception of Kent and Cambridge terraces. These lights will be installed by Monday. All Christmas flags have been put up.
