Jimmy Barnes gets set to rock Auckland at Skycity

Jimmy Barnes, one of Australasia's most successful and enduring rock performers, completes a soulful, up close and personal, rock n' roll tour of New Zealand at SKYCITY Theatre in Auckland on March 23, 2008.

Fans are promised a showcase of classic Barnes and Cold Chisel anthems delivered in the performers timeless, rootsy style.

Harking back to the origins of Cold Chisel, the show is all about delivering Jimmy's signature grass roots, rock and soul music directly to the audience in an intimate setting.

The former Cold Chisel front man and successful solo artist has undergone some life changes in the past couple of years which has seen his focus return to the heart of what is important. This no holds barred concert is guaranteed to provide fans with ample evidence of this.

Don't miss your opportunity to experience Jimmy Barnes up-close and personal at SKYCITY Theatre. The performance starts at 8.00pm on Sunday, March 23. Tickets cost $70.00 each and are available from Ticketek at www.ticketek.co.nz or phone 0800 842 538.
