Charlie Ash Releases 3-D
Video

Charlie ASH is very
very proud and tickled pink to present: New Zealand’s
first 3D video: Ah-hA debuting on C4 Select Show this
Friday 2nd May.
Follow Charlie ASH in 3D as they don costume and fantasy, dinosaurs and checkerboards. See Charlie ASH in full 3D technicolour glory as they travel you through a typical day in the life and times of Charlie ASH.
Rosie Riggir (the Creative Dominative) began working on this video with Ed Davis in early 07. Ed is a good buddy and also filmed the beautiful Couldn’t Couldn’t for free. This video (Couldn’t Couldn’t) was nominated for a Kodak award and was recently selected for NME TV.
When chatting in pre prep Riggir and Davis discussed a freaky circus, and the amazing video “Room That Echos’ by Peking Man. But the shoot turned out to be a creative whirl pool with ideas flying around the room and scenes and costumes being ninja’d in the moment.
Where there is Charlie ASH there is always a talented costume maker extraordinaire! This time the shoot was styled by Leila Jacobs (who has also dressed bjork!), Grace Riggir-Cuddy and a checker suit commissioned from Sally Tran.
We hope you enjoy! If you would like a handmade (by C.ASH) pair of 3D glasses contact: cashman@charlieash.co.nz
