Happiness is a choice that is available to everyone. This is the message of International Happiness Day, which takes place on July 10, 2008. Initiated by Liberto Pereda Romera of Barcelona, Spain, International Happiness Day (http://www.internationalhappinessday.com) is a day in which people from all over the world intentionally choose to be happy while inspiring the happiness of others through simple acts of kindness, expressions of joy, gratitude, optimism and forgiveness. Pat Armitstead has joined forces with six other happiness experts and coaches in order to spread the word about International Happiness Day and inspire at least one million people worldwide to celebrate happiness on July 10, 2008.

Pat believes "you cant lift your bottom line if your people are down " and joining Pat in this crusade to promote International Happiness Day are Eva Gregory and Jeanna Gabellini, U.S. Ambassadors for International Happiness Day (http://www.InternationalHappinessDay.com and http://www.AbundanceAbounds.com), Lionel Ketchian, founder of Happiness Clubs (http://www.happinessclub.com), Mark Webb, lawyer and founder of This Happy Planet (http://www.thishappyplanet.com), Aymee Coget, Happiness Expert and founder of Make Me Happy (http://www.makemehappytvcom), Bob Nozik, MD and Tal Ben Shahar, PhD (http://www.TalBenShahar.com) and Avid Giat, founder of http://www.AltGlobe.com.
