Madeleine Peyroux Australia & NZ Tour Cancellation

The Frontier Touring Company regret to inform fans that due to poor ticket sales, the Tour scheduled for Madeleine Peyroux in March will not be going ahead as planned.

Following this unfortunate cancellation, existing ticketholders seeking a refund should note the details below.


AUCKLAND
Refunds will be available from point of purchase, call 09 357 3355 or email tickets@the-edge.co.nz for further information

BRISBANE
For patrons who purchased ticket(s) using credit card via QPAC, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price within ten (10) business days.

For patrons who purchased ticket(s) using cash or EFTPOS, please return to QPAC Box Office to receive a refund of the full purchase price.

SYDNEY
All tickets purchased with a credit card will automatically be refunded back to the credit card account used to make the original purchase.

Any tickets purchased using cash or EFTPOS will need to be returned to point of purchase along with valid photo ID to collect the refund”

ADELAIDE
All tickets purchased by credit card through Ticketek will be automatically refunded.
Tickets purchased by cash or EFT can be refunded only at The Adelaide Entertainment Centre box office (Port Road, Hindmarsh - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

Cheque refunds can be obtained by sending tickets back to
PO Box 596, Hindmarsh SA 5007

MELBOURNE
Refunds will be processed automatically back to the credit card used at the time of purchase for tickets booked via phone or internet. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund.

Patrons who booked at a Ticketmaster Outlet need to return to the original Outlet with their tickets, identification and credit card used for the purchase to obtain their refund.

PERTH
Tickets purchased via credit card will automatically be returned to the credit card used to make the purchase.

For tickets purchased via other means at an agency, patrons will need to take their tickets to one of the following Ticketek agencies and have them refunded:
