ISF Men’s World Softball Championships 2013

1 October 2012 at 9:00 am marks the public launch of ticket sales for the ISF Men’s World Softball Championship.

The ISF Men’s World Softball Championships 2013 takes place at Rosedale Park on Auckland’s North Shore between 1-10 March 2013.

Sixteen international teams will go head to head to secure the world title. The Black Sox’s will be aiming to secure a 5th world title.

60% of tickets were snapped up in a pre-registration offer to Softball NZ members and clubs.

Legendary Black Sox player and Event Ambassador Mark Sorenson believes this event, in front of a home crowd might just make the difference to win back a 5th World title crown against the current world champions Australia.“

“Come support our Black Sox make history here in Auckland”, says Sorenson.

Tickets for Season Passes, all 10 days of the event, including the quarters, semis and finals are on sale and available online at www.softball2013.com

To date 11 of the 16 teams have qualified including New Zealand, Australia, Samoa, Great Britain, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Venezuela, USA, Canada, Mexico and Argentina.
