Lets Party Exhibition Opens
{Suite} Westra Gallery
presents “Lets Party”, an exhibition of images made by
Ans Westra in 2005 while on tour with Wellington band Fat
Freddy’s Drop. Westra will attend the exhibition opening
along with members of the band.
“Lets Party” is
the final exhibition at the {Suite} Westra Gallery prior to
the lease ending at that site. In February Westra’s
images will be toured to Ruatoria, Ruatoki, Rotorua and
Hiruharama (Jerusalem) where she was particularly active in
the 60s and 70s. Meanwhile Westra’s prints continue to
be available for viewing at {Suite} Gallery, Level 2/147
Cuba St, Wellington.
