FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

International Burlesque Performers Returns Home for One Show Only

Newton, Auckland – 16 March 2013, New Zealand ex-pat and world class burlesque dancer, Trixi Tassels returns to Auckland to perform in The Rock n Roll Circus’ show Puttin’ on the Britz.

Her first burlesque show was in Auckland many years ago and after two years honing her craft as a principal dancer with Australian super-troupe Sugar Blue Burlesque, Trixi moved to London in 2011. She has taken the European burlesque scene by storm and performed in prestigious shows such as the London and Paris Burlesque Festivals. Her talents have also taken her to Switzerland, Germany and France.

With her cheeky personality and killer curves, Trixi is becoming renowned for her world-class tassel twirling antics and fiery performances. Her signature fire-strip act involves burning off her corset and then setting her tassels ablaze for her crowd-stopping fire tassel twirling!

Not only is this vixen an all-round burlesque beauty, Trixi is also a stunning belly dancer. Her background is in Middle Eastern dance, which she has been performing for over a decade. She has learnt from some of the top dancers/teachers in New Zealand and Australia.

Trixi brings a playful sensuality to the stage. Her hips will be beguile you, her undulations will astound you, her chest pops will leave you heaving for more!

Don’t miss your chance to see her alongside burlesque beauties Ava L’Amoureux and Sugar Spanx – finalists in the upcoming Miss Burlesque New Zealand event and a bevy of local burlesque talent. Puttin’ on the Britz is a show not to be missed!
