Ellerslie draws steady stream of visitors
Blue skies and warm temperatures have seen
crowds flocking to Christchurch’s North Hagley Park for
the first day of the Ellerslie International Flower
Show.
Organisers are thrilled with the first day turn-out and are crossing their fingers for more fine weather so visitors can make the most of the Ellerslie experience.
“The atmosphere today has been great. The warm weather has drawn lots of people out and everyone seems really impressed by the gardens they are seeing,’’ Ellerslie International Flower Show Managing Director Dave Mee says.
If you have not already got your tickets they can be purchased at the gate.
