Take the Purina 30 Day Challenge

Take the Purina 30 Day Challenge

The Purina ONE 30 Day Challenge – a programme to improve the health of the nation’s pets – has returned due to popular demand.

The Challenge invites Kiwis to feed their cats and dogs Purina ONE exclusively for 30 days and look for visible improvements in their pets’ health, from the tip of their nose to the tip of their tail. Purina ONE provides a nutritionally balanced diet for pets that can help cats and dogs to feel and look their best.

Taking part is easy, and more importantly could lead to a happier, healthier four-legged friend! Pet owners simply visit www.purinaone.co.nz from April 14th and register to receive the free Challenge pack that for the first 15,000 participants includes a “buy one, get one free” coupon for a 1.59 kg bag of cat food or a 3.6 kg bag of dog food. They then keep track of their pet’s health status over the next 30 days and note changes in their condition – energy levels, weight changes, and coat to name a few – which are recorded on a scorecard to show the tangible difference a month can make.

30 Day Challenge ambassadors, Olympic gold medallist Mahe Drysdale and his Burmese cat Taz, are geared up and ready to take on the Challenge.

“As an athlete, I know the importance of good nutrition and the dramatic physical effects it has,” says Mahe. “Taz and I are looking forward to the 30 Day Challenge and seeing some great positive improvements in his health.”
