40 artists added to the bill

Rhythm and Vines will now welcome over 100 artists, performing over it's 5 unique stages during the 3 days of music and festy fun in the Gizzy Sun!

Zane Lowe

One of the UK's most respected BBC Radio One DJs, Zane Lowe will return to his Kiwi roots this R&V with what promises to be a phenomenal set on the Rhythm Stage.

From a five-year old boy in Auckland obsessed with rock-music, Zane has transformed into an international star - his recent interview with Kanye West went viral and reached over 1.5 million views!

The Veils

After a sold out NZ tour earlier in the year, half Kiwi half British alt-rock band, The Veils will bring their exhilarating live performance to Gisborne.

The band were recently hailed as “The best and most unsettling thing seen in music this year” by The LA Times - a must see.

Sydney-based disc jockey Mark Pritchard will grace the beautiful Waiohika Estate (and New Zealand) for the first time, and we'll welcome back multi-platinum, award winning dub artist Tiki Taane to our beautiful Gisborne home for his first solo-set.

Electric Wire Hustle will close their impressive year of live shows at Rhythm and Vines - we've counted performances at world-renowned events throughout 14 countries, including Glastonbury, SXSW and Sziget!

Also making the journey to Gisborne this New Year's are world-class producers Truth, indie R&B duo Jupiter Project, Post-Worldcore Aussie 7-piece band The Barons of Tang, alongside a whole host of favourite George FM DJs.
