SLAM, it’s a way of life

AUCKLAND, NZ – SLAM, the definitive volleyball beach party experience that is taking over the globe, is setting foot for the first time ever on the beaches of New Zealand this summer.

Now in its fifteenth year, SLAM is the largest social volleyball festival in the Southern Hemisphere, serving up a head-spinning slice of the Australian dream to iconic beaches on New Zealand’s North Island.

“SLAM is a stand out summer experience. Imagine bikinis, BBQs, music, casual beers, inflatable volleyball courts on golden sands. It’s true Aussie beach culture at its best and we can’t wait to share the raw energy with New Zealand,” said founder Andrew Lemon.

SLAM promotes an active healthy lifestyle showcasing the sport of beach volleyball for what it is – a fun charged team activity that everyone can enjoy in the heat of summer. The event attracts4000+ amateur competitors eager to get fit, soak up the extreme festival vibe, dress up in crazy costumes, and win awesome prizes.
