Frode Gjerstad is Norway’s most revered elder statesman of free jazz/improvised music and has led bands featuring many of the most influential innovators the music has seen - John Stevens, Johnny Dyani, William Parker, Peter Brotzmann, Hamid Drake etc etc etc..
Drummer Paal Nilssen-Love is one of the most explosive musicians around and regularly collaborates with Brotzmann, The Ex, Lasse Marhaug, Mats Gustafsson, Neneh Cherry and and many more...
