Expect a Transformation at the EveryWoman Expo

Expect a Transformation at the EveryWoman Expo this Queens Birthday Weekend

Bringing together the best in beauty, fashion, health, nutrition, well-being, fitness, food, love and personal development this Queens Birthday weekend (May 30th – June 1st), Auckland’s EveryWoman Expo at ASB Showgrounds is guaranteed to have women feeling pampered, entertained and empowered.

Following on from the well-established and hugely successful women’s expo in Australia (the Mundella EveryWoman Expo in Perth), the New Zealand Exhibitions and Events expo is fast gaining momentum in interest from the public and exhibitors.

Amanda Magnus, Event Director for the EveryWoman Expo and General Manager of Exhibitions and Events New Zealand says Auckland has been waiting for an expo like this for a long time.

“There has been a gap in the market for a fun, fabulous, vibrant and accessible woman’s lifestyle event,” she says.

“Women want an exciting event with lots of attractions; they want to have the opportunity to get together with their friends and be entertained, pick up some tips and advice, laugh, and to try and buy products and services of interest to them – so we plan to give them all that and much more at EveryWoman Expo!”

The event is expected to generate more than $3.5 million in sales and is set to feature all the latest trends in fashion and the hottest health and beauty products for every woman wanting to look good and feel great, inside and out.

Exhibitions and Events New Zealand (EENZ), has created the event, taking the successful model from their Australian events and adding a kiwi twist. EENZ, and Australian sister company EEA, are responsible for 27 shows throughout Australasia, including the incredibly successful Auckland Home Show which sees more than 500 exhibitors generate around $60 million in business each year.

As experienced consumer exhibition organisers, exhibitors can be assured of increasing their sales, brand awareness and receiving a high return on investment. “We know what it takes to put on a successful event; how to market this to the right audience to make it successful for those involved, and exciting and fulfilling for visitors,” says Magnus.

“We’ve been really pleased with the interest we’ve received from brands and companies wanting to know about and be part of this new show.”

“There hasn’t been an event targeted specifically to kiwi women to attend for some time and we’re excited to be able to bring something as proven as this event is in Australia to a New Zealand audience”.

Showgoers can expect to see fashion parades and beauty makeovers, as well as seeing expert speakers in the fields of health, beauty, exercise, feeling good and looking great.

But it’s not just a case of seeing everything – it’s also about trying!

The Schwarzkopf Dry Hair Bar will offer hands-on advice for showgoers on how to achieve the latest celebrity looks and also how to care for and maintain their hair. No hair dilemma will be considered too big, bold or frizzy!

At the Spa & Beauty Bar, showgoers will be offered the latest in treatments, products and techniques to try from mini facial treatments, to brow consultations. Teeth whitening to tanning, beauty makeovers, eyelash lengthening and more will also feature in this area.

Attend one of the many empowering seminars throughout the long weekend. Included in the ticket purchase, these seminars will cover a range of feel-good, positive, up-lifting topics with the lineup of speakers to be announced soon.

There will be food and wine tastings and more.

“Whether it’s love, life, career, finance, relationships, beauty or fashion, the EveryWoman Expo has everything under one roof to nurture and inspire a woman’s body, mind and soul,” Magnus said.
