As the days and nights are getting colder throughout the country, spare a thought for our furry friends at SPCA Waikato who are in urgent need of suitable warm bedding that will keep them dry and warm throughout the night.

Winter can be a tough season at the SPCA, who house, feed and care for thousands of animals each year. The winter months can be especially stressful for the dedicated staff and volunteer members who desperately try to find enough items of suitable, dry and warm bedding for the animals under their protection. As many animals arrive at SPCA Waikato’s Animal Centre in a state of sickness, injury or neglect, it is especially vital that they are well protected from the harsh winter Items such as Super Fleece Blankets, priced at approximately $25.00 and Heat Pads, priced at approximately $50.00 are extremely effective items that help keep the animals at SPCA Waikato dry and warm during winter.
