She loves to take visitors like her son-in-law around to see all that our destination has to offer. This Christmas, she will finally have all of her family together for the first time in years and that is something Tourism Richmond is honoured to help make happen.”

As part of her prize package, Christine received the following from Tourism Richmond that she will use to create a very special

“I’m just so thrilled,” says Evans. “This Christmas will be very special for my family because it’s Vaughn’s first Christmas here. There’s a whole world of activities Richmond has to offer and this wonderful prize from Tourism Richmond will make it extra special. I can’t wait to share with him all there is to see, do and eat in my very own backyard!”

Launched in early 2015, the My Richmond Book program was designed to invite residents to explore Richmond and see it from the perspective of an out-of-town tourist and become a citizen ambassador for the destination. By filling a My Richmond Book with collected stamps from participating businesses and attractions, contest entrants would be eligible to win the prizes noted above.
