Return of 7 Days & Fail Army Win Friday Night, While the Block NZ: Girls vs Boys Continues to Dominate Sundays

This weekend saw TV3 enjoy another successful Friday night of comedy, with the return of 7 Days and Fail Army winning their timeslots across all 4 key demos.

Local comedy favourite 7 Days achieved a 9.9 rating and a 35.7 share, and Fail Army a 5.8 rating and a 25.9 share (all in the 25-54 demographics).

Equally as successful was Friday morning, with Paul Henry beating Breakfast in 18-49, 25-54 & HHS wk 0-14.

On Saturday, TV3’s Saturday Movie The Day The Earth Stood Still was the most popular programme in its timeslot, winning the in 18-39, 18-49, & 25-54 demographics.

Sunday night saw The Block NZ: Girls vs Boys continue its strong performance, winning its timeslots across the 18-49, 25-54 & HHS wk 0-14 demographics.

This week also marks Newshub’s six moth anniversary, as well as Newshub’s Mike McRoberts, Melissa Davies, Michelle Pickles, Jeff McTanish, and Greg Pearson leaving for Rio, from where they will provide Kiwis with the latest results, recaps and the behind-the-scenes action from the Rio 2016 Olympics.
