OUT 23RD
SEPTEMBER.
With his hit single “Let Her Go”
reaching a staggering one billion youtube views (only the
23rd video to do so), UK based singer songwriter Mike
Rosenberg (aka Passenger) has recently announced his 8th
studio album entitled
'Young As The Morning
Old As The Sea' which was recorded at our own
iconic Roundhead Studios in Auckland and partly inspired by
the landscapes of New Zealand.
No stranger to our stages, PASSENGER is known for holding the attention of thousands of fans at any given live show with only his distinct voice, engaging storytelling and acoustic guitar. For these shows Passenger has also revealed that for the first time he’ll be joined by a full, four-piece band.Performing in Wellington and Auckland January 2017 the band will be showcasing songs from the new record as well as breathing new life into the many Passenger classics.
Young as the Morning, Old as the Sea, will be released on 23 September. It was recorded at Neil Finn’s Roundhead studio here in New Zealand, with our country’s landscape partly serving as an inspiration for the album.
