Experience Another Culture at Home Whilst Contributing to International Goodwill

Student Exchange Australia New Zealand will welcome a new group of overseas students to New Zealand in January 2017.

Every year Student Exchange Australia New Zealand helps hundreds of international students to find volunteer host families in Australia, where they are welcomed not as guests but as part of the family.

Experiencing the famous Kiwi way of life, becoming immersed into the local culture, attending the local high school and creating friendships for life is the outcome for many exchange students and the host families.

Student Exchange Australia New Zealand is currently seeking urgent expressions of interest from families in New Zealand who are willing to host these exchange students.

Host mum Trudie, from Auckland, commented, "Hosting opens your mind to all sorts of thinking and all sorts of possibilities. I cannot recommend it highly enough. A hosting experience is an opportunity for both the exchange student and host family to learn first hand about the world around them. It is a unique experience to discover another culture, share your family values, and make lifelong memories and friendships. Students become another member of the family and are supported by local co-ordinators.

Student Exchange Australia New Zealand is a not-for-profit organisation registered with the NZ Ministry of Education and is the first and only secondary student exchange organisation in the world to be certified to ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).
