Mr Bedford has been running events nationwide for several years now and has a long history in music & theatre activities.

Ms Heenan is a great Steampunk enthusiast who came to Oamaru recently to get her South Island fix at the Steampunk festival and immediately fell in love with Oamaru and desired to start a B&B/Function venue in the area. One exciting new innovation The Manor are planning is boutique concerts (By invitation only) of touring/local artists from all over the world and of many different genre's.
