Dragonfly Food Within The Comforts Of Home

MEDIA RELEASE JANUARY 2017

Dragonfly Food Within The Comforts Of Home

The team at Dragonfly have been working hard behind the scenes, compiling over 40 of their top recipes from both the kitchen and behind the bar. At over 180 pages long, their new recipe book will give readers easy to follow instructions on how to produce the already popular dishes at home as well as give deeper insight into the passion that started Dragonfly in the first place.

The modern food and interior showcase will send readers back to where it all began with Dragonfly. They will journey into the kitchen and behind the bar to their very own modern Asian experience wherever they may be. This makes it a perfect coffee table book, or a thoughtful gift to a friend or family member.

The driving philosophies that have turned Dragonfly into a talking point of the Wellington hospitality scene are evident throughout the entirety of the book. Readers will quickly see the energy put into the creation of one of Wellington’s most popular restaurant destinations and be inspired to replicate the dishes and eventually add their own personal twists to them. The Dragonfly cookbook is a celebration of the history of the oriental dishes and also of owners Tania Siladi and Brent Wong, both brought up in the Wellington Chinese hospitality scene.
