Notorious* Presents
Justine Smith
An Hour Roughly

Justine has been performing for bloody ages, and recently she has really made her mark as one of New Zealand’s premier stand ups.

Along with the Billy T Award, she’s won the NZ Comedy Guild Best Female (twice) and Best MC (also twice) in recent years, meaning her peers in the industry have voted to say they think she’s smashing it.

It’s been a couple of years since Justine has performed in the festival so there’s plenty of material to draw on. She’s been travelling the country and laying down the Jussie law to crowds in her own inimitable way.

Her TV credits include the Gala, 7Days, AotearoHA, Funny Girls, After Hours, A Night at the Classic all the way back to Pulp Comedy.

Justine is a powerful force of comedy, like a comedic tsunami that just keeps coming at you. Pitch perfect one liners, cutting put downs and the incredulous hilarity of someone who just isn’t interested in taking any shit anymore. Not, to be fair, that Justine has ever taken and shit from anyone.
