Double Win for Three And the AM Show Wins Timeslot for the First Time

Last week got off to a strong start with Three winning Tuesday night in the key 25-54 demographic hitting a year-to-date (YTD) high averaging 26.2%. The Project won the current affairs audience across all four demographics on the night, with NCIS (25-54, 18-39, 18-49) and SVU also winning their timeslots (25-54, 18-39, 18-49).

Wednesday saw The AM Show hit a new YTD high as it averaged a 2.5 rating in the 25-54 demographic, topping numbers from last week. For the first time, the show also won its timeslot across all four demographics with a 33.7% audience share as the trio of Duncan, Amanda and Mark continue to gain traction with viewers.

Later in the week, The Project also hit a new YTD high on Thursday night attracting its highest ratings yet across all four demographics, including a 6.3 in the 25-54 demographic. The Graham Norton Show also won its timeslot on Friday evening in 25-54.

The week finished strong with Three winning Saturday night in 25-54 and 18-49 and family movie, The Last Airbender winning its timeslot in the same demographics.

Finally, ahead of the 2017 Radio Awards in May, a number of MediaWorks employees and presenters have been named as finalists across a variety of categories.
