Radiolive Announces Changes to Line-Up

Wendyl Nissen joins RadioLIVE to host Afternoon Talk, Ali Mau confirmed as Drive host, and Mitch Harris moves to Night Talk starting Monday, 26th June 2017.

RadioLIVE welcomes Wendyl Nissen, the new host of Afternoon Talk, weekdays from 12pm-3pm from late June. The exciting new magazine-style show will bring you in-depth interviews with newsmakers in the world of current affairs, as well as conversations with leading lifestyle experts and prominent New Zealanders.

Wendyl says: “I’m delighted to be given the chance to create the radio show I’ve always wanted to listen to. I’m looking forward to using my magazine and television experience to create three hours of radio each day which delivers entertainment but also news you can use, and skills you can learn.”

Ali Mau has been hosting RadioLIVE Drive since Duncan Garner’s move to The AM Show (on RadioLIVE and Three).

“Drive is a key timeslot and one of the most challenging jobs in the biz – having helmed the show for the past four months I have to say I’m absolutely loving it,” says Ali. “I’m really keen to develop the show with the help of Drive Executive Producer Mark Wilson, who I simply couldn’t operate without!”

After many weeks on afternoons, Mitch Harris is moving to nights. Mitch is undeniably one of the most experienced talk radio hosts in New Zealand.

“I love hearing New Zealanders share their stories and I’m looking forward to doing this every night,” says Mitch.
