Opening acts confirmed for remaining Boney M tour dates

Opening acts confirmed for remaining Boney M tour dates

Sacha Vee, Bella Kalolo and Impromptu join the party

Boney M are currently on tour in New Zealand playing their greatest hits. Led by original member Maizie Williams, the disco legends are playing a one-hour set, jam-packed with all of their biggest songs from ‘Daddy Cool’ and ‘Ma Baker’ to ‘Sunny’ and ‘Rivers of Babylon’.

Classic Promotions apologises for the long wait audiences in Dunedin and Christchurch had for the act to come on stage, and has now added supports for the remainder of the tour, ensuring a memorable night of music.

Joining them for three shows - Hamilton (tonight), Tauranga on Saturday June 10 and Napier on Sunday June 11, is New Zealand’s own soul star, Sacha Vee.

Vee recently returned home to New Zealand after making her mark in Europe. While in Amsterdam, she collaborated with producers Killing Skills and Chef Red and released two EPs with BBE Records, RISING ONE (2015) and GING REMIX EP(2016).

Her collaboration with Polish hip-hop luminary O.S.T.R. produced three hit singles, two x double platinum albums and more than 20 million views on YouTube. Vee recently released her new album, LUMINOUS, featuring the single ‘Feels Good’.

Boney M are then joined by singing sensation Bella Kalolo for the shows in Rotorua (June 14), Wellington (June 15) and Auckland (June 16).
