Grand Tease New Zealand - 2017 National Tour

Who will be crowned “THE SUPREME GRAND TEASE 2017”?!

Celebrating New Zealand’s burlesque talent, Grand Tease New Zealand 2017.

The dynamic duo who are Ruby Ruin & Bonita Danger Doll, two of New Zealand’s premier Burlesque performers from their hugely successful “Tease and Trouble Productions” are pleased to bring you the 2017 “Grand Tease New Zealand” burlesque competition. 2017 will be the competitions 3rd year!

Last year’s supreme winner was Auckland based vintage darling “Coney Bow” and runner up was Hamilton diva “Bettsy Rose Lee”!

This year’s event will have three regional heats - Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch, with the final also held in Christchurch on 19th August.

The winner could be ANYONE!

First up we have The Wellington heat at the Fringe Bar - home of the popular Menagerie Variety Show , features ten fabulous contestants: Blue Virtue, Dahlia DeLight, Felix Goodfellow, Gwen Porcelain, Leo Valor, Lily Von Tryx, Molly Malicious and Hugo Grrrl.

The Hamilton Heat at The Meteor Theatre features nine distinctly different performers from the Upper North Island: Bethany Starr, Cherry Devine, Coq au Vin, Dixiedoll, Kiki Kisses, Lilly Loca, Midnight Mistress, Miss Kitty Rose and Sapphira L’Amour.

And the Christchurch Heat, held at Halo Venue will have ten performers from all over the South Island, featuring: Constance Maehem, Heaven Z’dor, Louie Le’Moore, Miss Ember Chrysalis, Miss Mimesis, Miss Retro Rebel, Mystical Shimmer, Mythical Haze, Ruby Rocket and Violet Kerosene.
