OPPO Selfie Expert Dances into New Zealand Indian Community

OPPO Presents Desi Swag In Auckland, July 15

Auckland, New Zealand, 29 June 2017 – OPPO New Zealand is set to sing and dance its way into the hearts of the New Zealand Indian community. The company is starting with, and is proud to present, DESI SWAG – a one night concert with Sunanda Sharma, Akhil and Preet Harpal live in Auckland on 15 July.

OPPO, known for its selfie expert camera phones and top sponsorships in India, is delighted to be engaging the community here in New Zealand.

“We’ve famously partnered with the ICC and India’s cricket team in India but this partnership with Desi Swag is a great way to connect with the Kiwi-Indian community living here in New Zealand,” says Kuan Li, Marketing Director, OPPO New Zealand.

OPPO is a global partner of the ICC, the official sponsor of India’s cricket team, and is well know for engaging celebrities like Hrithik Roshan, Sonam Kapoor, Yuvraj Singh and TV shows in India.

As one of the most desirable technology brands in India, OPPO are excited to partner with the Indian community here in New Zealand to say thanks for their support. “The people of India have shown us great support, and they love and appreciate our devices – we are looking forward to continuing that relationship here in New Zealand,” said Kuan.

Desi Swag and the Bollywood fandom continue to grow in New Zealand, just as OPPO continues to develop new standards of excellence in mobile technology as they launch into the Kiwi market. OPPO is one of the leaders in its field with an impressive worldwide presence, especially in the Indian market.

The OPPO R9s smartphone with 16MP selfie and rear camera will be showcased at Desi Swag concert, so goers can capture the night in beautiful detail. VOOC Flash Charge allows the R9s to charge to 75% battery in just thirty minutes, so you won’t miss a beat of the action. Promoters of Desi Swag will also be giving away the OPPO F1s ‘selfie expert’ smartphone at the event so start practicing your best selfie pose.
