Raval returns for Aces in Super Smash

Raval returns for Aces in Super Smash

Jeet Raval is the only change to the Aces lineup as they prepare to take on the Central Stags at Pukekura Park in the Burger King Super Smash tomorrow.

After a strong performance against the Kings in Christchurch, the Aces sit comfortably in second place on the Burger King Super Smash ladder while the Stags are down in fifth.

However Aces Captain Craig Cachopa isn't taking the Stags lightly.

"There are no easy games in this year's Super Smash, we know the Stags are a quality outfit and they have some dynamic players throughout."

"Jeet joins the squad for this game and it's superb to be able to add someone with international experience and quality, he's a welcome addition."

Aces coach Mark O'Donnell is also happy with the team's performance so far but is well aware of the nature of T20 cricket.

"We all know what happened last year and missing out on the playoffs but a whisker with net run rate. We go out there in every match looking to win and put in our best team performance."
