Three Wins Friday And Sunday Night,
Mai FM’S Philip Bell Honoured with Order of Merit


Three won Friday and Sunday night last week with a run of timeslot winning shows in the commercially important 25-54 demographic. Three is currently averaging a 19.5% share year-to-date.


Friday night saw The Project win its timeslot with a rating of 4.8 and 19.7% audience share in the 25-54 demo. Combined with the week prior, the show has recorded its best two weeks of the year in audience share.
Friday nights performance was backed by Three’s regular line-up of The Graham Norton Show (7.4 rating, 25.0% audience share), 7 Days* (6.4 rating, 23.5% audience share) and Funny Girls* (4.1 rating, 21.4% audience share) all winning their respective timelots.


Dancing with the Stars NZ continued on Sunday night with a timeslot winning performance in the 25-54 demo, with a 7.4 rating and 25.0% audience share. Its winning run continued last night with an 8.1 rating and 23.6% audience share in 25-54 as Robert Rakete was eliminated from the competition. The show is averaging a rating of 8.8 and 25.3% audience share for the season-to-date.


Other wins for the week included:
2012 (3.6 rating, 16.2% audience share)


On radio, Mai FM Content Director Philip Bell, aka DJ Sir-Vere was honoured with an Order of Merit in the 2018 Queen's Birthday Honours. Continuing the good work at Mai FM, this Thursday and Friday the Home Run team will be aiming to shoot 10,000 basketball free throws over 40 hours in Auckland and in Christchurch with the goal of raising $5,000 for World Vision.


Lastly, The Rock Drive’s Thane and Dunc depart this weekend for Mauritius as they commence their search for MH370. More information is available here.
