Tour begins at the Adam Art

Megan Dunn, art writer and Victoria University alumna will lead a lunchtime tour of art from the VUW Collection with Curator Michelle Menzies. Beginning in the Adam Art Gallery, this event will take the form of a walking tour of works hung in public locations throughout the Kelburn Campus. Their conversation will focus on the significance of placing art in spaces oriented to students, and the primal visual memories these works can leave behind.
This event is presented in conjunction with the Adam Art Gallery’s current exhibition, 21st-Century Collecting: Recent Acquisitions from the VUW Art Collection, on view until 21 April, 2013.
