Wheels at Wanaka is expected to attract visitors from the wider Upper Clutha District, through to the top of the South Island and beyond. And with the breadth of exhibitors and displays, we anticipate engine enthusiasts through to Easter family groups to attend the event.

The Wheels at Wanaka Charitable Trust and an Organising Committee has been established to deliver the Wheels at Wanaka biennial event to display and celebrate New Zealand's unique transport, farming and construction industry heritage. Modern sustainable farming and other machinery will also be on display.

Surplus funds from the Wheels at Wanaka will be utilised for charitable purposes within the Upper Clutha community, for example, the Wanaka Coastguard.

Wheels at Wanaka is a proud recipient of QLDC’s Event Grant and is looking forward to working in partnership with them to make this event a success.

Founding business partners include Warbirds and Wheels Diner & Museum, Maungatua Contracting, Three Parks, Central Machine Hire, Willowridge Developments, Devon Dairy Farms – Directors from these businesses as well as the West Otago Vintage Club act as Trustees.
