Emergency update - Monday 13 June 2011
There has been a significant aftershock in Canterbury estimated 5.5 magnitude, the impact of which is yet to be determined (1.20pm Monday 13 June). As a precaution the University has evacuated both Ilam and Dovedale sites and asks that people safely make their way home. The University will be undertaking checks of buildings and will update the UC web page by 5pm today (Monday 13 June).
