NZ Education Companies Merge To Change The Game For International Talent

Two New Zealand education companies, EdCorp International and Endeavour Education Services Ltd., have recently merged to provide a premium programme for introducing international talent into the NZ workforce and marketing tertiary institutes on a global scale.

Auckland, New Zealand, 23 February 2017

Sir Neville Jordan, Chair of Endeavour Education Services Ltd (EESL), announced the company’s merger with EdCorp International, making it one of the largest education services companies in New Zealand.

Edwin Paul, Director and COO of EESL explains:

“With this merger, we are now able to provide complete end-to-end services (i.e., recruitment to internships) for international students enabling them to realise their investment in their education, besides providing invaluable talent and diversity to New Zealand businesses”.

The merged business, Endeavour Education Services Ltd., aims to lower the risk for tertiary institutions and reduce the cost associated with recruiting students. With offices located in Auckland, Wellington, New Delhi, Bangalore and Colombo, the service provides a dedicated resource in multiple markets.

Endeavour Education Services, CEO, Bruce Gadd comments:

“International talent is vital for New Zealand; we believe we will bridge the gap between international students and their opportunities in NZ. There’s a broad range of exceptional international talent here, most of which are graduating from our universities, but they are unsure how to promote themselves to Kiwi companies. We’re here to change that. With our combined team from EdCorp International and EESL, we now have an extensive range of skills and networks to offer a full service from application to internship.”

EESL Chairman, Sir Neville Jordan, is an avid advocate for diversity in education and businesses in New Zealand, and heavily endorses international students as an extremely valuable resource for business. EESL are working with educational agents and international institutes to recruit graduates from around the world to enrol in postgraduate studies in New Zealand. An assigned EESL staff member markets the New Zealand educational institute to education agents, international institutions and potential students.

Endeavour Education Services Ltd provide a programme for international graduates from overseas and in New Zealand to apply for postgraduate studies or enter into an internship. They assist students to build networks, gain work experience with NZ companies and polish their professional profiles. An educational mentor is paired with the student to tailor their programme with unique goals and aspirations.  The EESL team ensures that the correct government and institutional documentation is filed before the individual arrives. The service then extends to matching the right graduates with businesses in New Zealand for a low-risk internship.
