Canterbury Nurses to Attend Ratification Meetings

The New Zealand Nurses Organisation and the Canterbury DHB have reached a proposed settlement of collective agreement negotiations at mediation today.

NZNO advocate Chris Wilson said NZNO would present the settlement to members at a round of ratification meetings from 15th to 18th September.

Details of the settlement will be released after NZNO has had the opportunity to inform members.

The collective agreement covers 2,500 general nurses and midwives employed by the Canterbury DHB.
