MOH Lies about WHO Epidemic Definition

Press Release

MOH Lies about WHO Epidemic Definition
Ron Law & Barbara Sumner Burstyn

In its case for the MeNZB vaccination campaign the Ministry of Health has stated frequently that "an epidemic is defined by World Health Organization as a disease rate exceeding 3 cases per 100,000 of population."

WHO officials have confirmed that no such definition exists.

"...countries like Canada, USA and France have developed their own "thresholds" based on the epidemiology of the disease in their respective countries," said medical epidemiologist, Dr William Perea, WHO's coordinator of responses to disease outbreaks.

Dr Perea confirmed that there are no explicit WHO alert/epidemic thresholds apart from those applied in the African meningitis belt.

When questioned about combining data from all strains to justify the MeNZB(tm) vaccination campaign the WHO confirmed that including all cases of meningococcal disease due to all strains of meningococcal bacteria did not fit their criteria for an epidemic.

"Regarding responsible strains, typically all cases within an outbreak/epidemic are from the same strain. If more than one strain is highly prevalent, this is considered as overlapping outbreaks," said Dr Christopher Nelson, from the WHO's VAM section responsible for vaccine assessment and monitoring .

This is further damning evidence that, in making their case for a $ 200 million mass medical experiment, the Ministry of Health would appear to have lied to politicians and the public by using a fabricated WHO definition of an epidemic.
