One of the six people taken to the Emergency
Department at Christchurch Hospital yesterday following a
serious motor vehicle accident in the city, has now
died.
One was discharged last evening, and the other four
remain in the hospital’s care.
The 12-month-old baby and
its mother are both in a comfortable and stable
condition.
Another person injured in the accident is
stable, and the fourth is in the Intensive Care Unit in a
serious
condition.
