The strike by radiographers at seven District Health Boards does not include Hawke’s Bay District Health Board.

Acting chief executive, Dr Win Bennett, said the DHB had fielded calls from members of the public concerned that their elective surgery or outpatients appointment had been cancelled.

“I am delighted to report that it’s business as usual at Hawke’s Bay Hospital,” he said.
