Statement from the CDHB - Medication issue at Christchurch
Hospital
In response to questions about the discovery of
the medication issue at Christchurch Hospital, the problem
was discovered by nursing staff.
To allow the Police to
thoroughly investigate the issue Mark Leggett, General
Manager of Christchurch Hospital will not be commenting
further today on the investigation.
