Cricket Threatened As Rain Continues

The odds of today's scheduled One Day Cricket International against Australia taking place in Wellington's new WestpacTrust stadium appear to be receding as rain sets in again in Wellington.

In Karori it has been raining for the past half an hour - though sunlight appears to be peeking through the clouds so all may not yet be lost.

The cricket is due to start today at 2pm with today being a reserve day. The match was postponed yesterday due to rain.
