NEWSFLASH LINK: Camp David Talks Break Down

Reuters has reported that The White House announced on Wednesday that a nine-day-old Middle East peace summit had ended without a deal.

``The summit has come to a conclusion without an agreement. The president (Bill Clinton) is returning to the White House and will make a statement,'' White House spokesman Joe Lockhart told reporters after Clinton ended talks with Palestinian President Yasser Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak.
