Rain stoppages over the past two days have failed
comprehensively to save the Pakistan Cricket team playing at
Hamilton against New Zealand’s Black Caps.
New Zealand
captain Stephen Flemming declared on 407 for 4 around
midday.
At that stage dismissing Pakistan in a day and a
half looked a reasonably big ask. But by 4.30pm Pakistan, in
their second innings, had collapsed to 110 for 7.
With a
day left to play it looks likely that New Zealand's Black
Caps will win by at least one innings.
