Katya Rivas: Defeating the Astute One of Darkness

The Medallion of the Apostolate of the New Evangelization

The Great Crusade Of Love

Extract #40

With My Help You Will Be Able to Defeat the Astute One of Darkness

CL-40
10-Jan-96
Jesus

Always give thanks when you find yourself amidst the anguish of the human path. Be thankful for My charitable Love because I send you exactly the things you need to make you into My image.

Do not harden your heart if you experience hardships because no lover of Mine can be without these exercises from which afterwards will always come out more beautiful and radiant of love. Do not be perturbed, oh My beloved, if I have given the evil one permission to wage war with you. It is the war of his hatred and it is enough for you to know this to lighten the sadness that you now feel.

Do not be uncertain because after studying the enemy's movements, all good soldiers must predispose themselves to counterattack him, and the weapons that you need to win are here in My Heart that you adore.

I want to give you a sign that will help you and tell you that you are not alone to resist the pressure of hell. Oh, no, you are not alone because you are surrounded by Seraphims that I have given you for your support and company. If you accept the fight in this way, as I wish, you will see that on earth even the most inexperienced creature as you, can defeat the astute one of darkness, and that even before someone as small as you, the sower of discord must stop his fight.

For this I have prepared you, and do not put into your little head things that are only human. I guarantee you that I Myself have predisposed them for your greater good.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Starting Monday, 05 March 2001, in the first week of Lent 2001, Scoop began publication of a series of daily reflections on spiritual matters from Bolivian author Katya Rivas. Rivas, has received an official imprimatur from the Catholic Church for several books she says she was instructed to write by Jesus Christ, Mary and various Angels. Scoop’s extract, above, comes from Rivas’s book “The Passion”. In 1999 Katya Rivas was the subject of a top-rating documentary show hosted by Mike Willessee (see Scoop TV review - Jesus Christ Tells FOXNews He Wants To Hug World and Scoop Images ). More recently Rivas says she was instructed by Jesus to have her books translated and published on the internet with the intention of having the books distributed to as wide an audience as possible. Several of the books can now be read online at http://www.greatcrusade.org/, and more are coming soon.
