Lake Ohau & Glen Mary - taken looking up the road towards the Lake Ohau Ski Lodge from the north edge of the village. It was a calm evening with a almost matte finish to the surface of the lake. The mountain in the centre is Glen Mary which stands about 3200 metres high. It was taken on the 19th June

Wildfowl on Lake Middleton - also taken in the evening on the 19th June. It shows black swans, Canada geese, and ducks enjoying the quietness of the Lake Middleton. The lake is often frozen over during the winter months. Sometimes enough to ice skate on..
